About Us

We began Pureness Health in 2005 with a goal to make artisan health and skincare products revolving around brown rice. With decades of experience in processing quality export foods in Taiwan, we dedicated ourselves towards brewing the best brown rice vinegar utilizing traditional methods. Our artisanal fermentation process starts with the best quality brown rice sourced locally from organic farms in central Taiwan. Beneficial microbes unlock the nutritional potential of the rice and transform it into Rice Kasu and brown rice vinegar. Pureness Health expanded its focus in 2012 towards crafting skincare products using this unique ingredient. We commit ourselves to sourcing the best natural ingredients and developing our products based on extensive research.

Our logo contains the Chinese words "極淨" or “Jí jìng” which translates in English to "Extremely Clean" or “Pure”. With this meaning in mind, Pureness Health dedicates itself to creating health and beauty products by innovating our formulations with the highest-quality natural and organic ingredients. As a result, our products are effective, sophisticated, and exceptional in quality.

Natural Philosophy

Pureness Health focuses on providing all-natural artisan products made from rice for body health and skin care. We use plant-based ingredients with an emphasis on organic or natural ingredients where possible.

Products are designed in the US and crafted in Taiwan to utilize the pristine spring waters and high-quality brown rice of central Taiwan.

Rice

We use the brown rice grown in central Taiwan as the basis for all our skincare and vinegar products. The farms we work with are certified organic by MOA (Mochiki Okada Association International) in Taiwan.

Fermented brown rice, also known as Rice Kasu, forms a key component of our skincare line.

Natural Additions

Natural vegetable oils combine with brown rice make our facial cleanser and skincare products. Pure essential oils from natural sources add fresh botanical scents of flowers and fruits, while providing benefits to a wide-variety of skin types.

Our brown rice vinegar uses natural ingredients in the fermentation process to provide unique flavors.

Shea Butter contains fatty acid to moisturize dry skin. Helps reduce redness and is gentle for sensitive skin.

Argan Oil contains numerous beneficial properties for the skin such as the following: protects from sun damage with antioxidants, moisturizes with vitamin E, heals and soothes, and helps promotes youthful appearance.

Castor Bean Oil is a natural moisturizer rich in humectants that soothe and promote healing of skin.

Coconut Oil keeps the skin hydrated with its natural moisturizing properties.

Olive Oil contains antioxidants and numerous vitamins such as A, E, D and K to moisturize the skin.

Palm Oil moisturizes the skin to help promote appearance of smoother skin. We use only sustainably sourced palm oil that has been approved by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) for our products.

Cucumber Extract helps to reduce puffiness and dark circles under the eyes, while hydrating and tightening the skin.
