Shipping Time Frames
SHIP METHOD SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: Standard 2-5 business days. Time may vary depending on the carrier.
Purenesshealth.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Rules and Restrictions
Products can only be shipped to destinations with a valid street address (home, office or place of business). We apologize for any inconvenience.
Some items sold by Purenesshealth.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.
• The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Purenesshealth.com, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

• If you wish to provide an alternative physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
We’re sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. However we are currently unable to ship vinegar and crème mask products to Alaska and Hawaii at the moment. Pureness Health Crème Masks are natural without preservatives and need refrigeration. Although our shipping includes ice packs and insulated boxes we cannot guarantee our products to arrive in optimal condition beyond the contiguous United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories
• Purenesshealth.com accepts orders being shipped to all of the contiguous United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Currently our shipping method does not allow us to ship to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands) or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii but currently we cannot ship vinegar and crème mask products to those two states.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. If there is any damage caused to the items during transportation or from delivery, Pureness Health will offer an exchange if the items are returned within 10 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at [info@purenesshealth.com] before returning damaged items to obtain an approval. Pureness Health will offer a return shipping label but will not refund the original shipping charges.
Product Shipments
Depending on where you live, we may not be able to ship our product to you. We cannot guarantee that our products and services are available for delivery to all locations within or outside the United States.
