Memorial Day inspired recipe

Pureness Vinegar Drink with Blueberry and Lemon

Recipe

1-2 Tbsp Pureness Vinegar

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp fresh blueberries

2 Tbsp sweetener (ex, honey, maple syrup, agave, etc)

8 oz water

mint leaves

 

In a glass, muddle fresh blueberries. Add ingredients, water and top with mint leaves. Give it a gentle stir

and enjoy!

Pureness Vinegar Honey Drink

1-2 tsp Pureness Vinegar

2-3 tsp honey*

10-12 oz hot water (to dissolve honey)

Stir until blended, chill with ice if desired.

For a fruity taste, try a squeeze of lemon, thin slices of apples or oranges, or adding some berries to your drink.

Enjoy hot or iced.

Pureness Vinegar Juice Drinks

Add a little Pureness to the juice drinks and smoothies you blend for that extra healthy sweetness!

Recommendation: 2-3 teaspoons

Sparkling Pureness Vinegar

2 tsp Pureness Vinegar

2 tsp honey (or other sweetener)*

8 oz sparkling mineral water

optional additions:

vodka or rum

splash of favorite juice

fruit

Serve it up in a pretty glass… relax and enjoy!

1 tsp Pureness Vinegar

1 tsp honey*

8-10 oz green or black tea (hot)

1 squeeze lemon or orange

Stir until blended and enjoy hot or iced.

Try adding a touch of lemonade or passion-fruit juice for a delicious twist!
